  1. Did your design this? I like the exteriors. The line scorings complemented well with the "post-modern" over-all look. Nice!

  2. Bless you! :-) It's about time.... Well.. The last time I was there, I must've been in my sophomore year in college. Hehe. Can't wait til it's done.

  3. Its designed by my dad. I was part of it during the detailing/production process and I still regularly visit the site to help with design management and to attend project meetings.

  4. Hahaha... oo nga. The old grocery was in such a tired state when construction started. This project has been a challenge kasi we built new foundations and columns within the existing grocery (while it was kept open to the public) and constructed the new structure over the old grocery.

  7. Due for demolition na din yung structure na yun. Once matapos yung new mall, they will relocate the old tenants of that structure.

  9. Haha... yeah about the completion... its been moved back. Naabutan kasi ng maraming changes. Also the tenants have not started to mobilize for their construction due to the "ghost month" of august... wherein businessmen go on a standstill.

  10. gosh.. inabutan pa kayo ng august.. haha! feels like i've been going there for ages na "under construction" sya. scary mag-grocery because there are these metal scaffolding pole things in the middle of the aisles..

i haven't seen it yet the way it looks na in the pictures.. =)

  11. Well I hope you're liking what you see so far... hehehe

About the grocery/obstacle course shopping, hahaha... talagang nakakatakot din noon... pero its cleared out na... surprisingly hindi naman nagdrop ang sales nung grocery masyado and people still visited the old grocery despite all the construction happening above.

We're very happy that the project is out of the operating table... matrabaho talaga siya kasi adaptive reuse/renovation... we're hoping to open just when the Christmas rush comes into full swing.

  14. I still remember noong martial law years..puro imported ang tinda sa cash and carry..nag susuply kasi ako ng mga batik galing Zamboanga barter trade..sana maka supply din ako ulit or maka rent ako na space..kaso ayaw nila yata ang muslim tenants..pero bakit ang anak ko may mga tindang manga south sea pearl at fresh water pearl sa greenhills..alamo maganda lagyan ng perlas iyan.mga show case lang. mr. sampao 8384301 loc.3335
