Focus

i love fight club. try reading survivor... one of my fave books as well (same author Chuck Palahniuk).

Anyway...Keep on it..you're one of my idols...eto, I just finished 3 years of Archi, relocated back here in Hong Kong. Hopefully will get in the Archi program in HKU this september. Hay naku.. time to focus on school once again. Na distract with having a kid and getting married! When you get here, give me a call. ReplyDeleteHey! good to hear from you again! Sure I'll note it down. I should have applied for HKU's Urban Design programme last year din, kaso I was too busy running around and working. Sayang nga eh. Anyway, thanks! I really do appreciate the compliment, it does help in soldiering on! Alam mo naman itong pinasukan nating propesyon... you always need to find your design "second wind".
ReplyDeleteI recently went back to the Phils because it's my daughter's vacation and I met up with Arch. Ventura. The course I'm applying for is Professional Diploma in Arcitectural Studies, part time, (since i gotta keep my own place!) And he gave me a recommndation letter for my application. Anyway, after this three-year course, I can apply for final year in B.A Architecture. It really is long-winded, kaso if I really want to pursue this profession, this is probably the best way here in HK. Anyway, HKU naman yun diba. I was planning nga to go back nalang and finish it in UST, however, after looking at the needed credentials for licensure in other countries, UST is not even listed. So it's good that you got in in Singapore. Hopefully, I can go on din to my masters degree. Kaso nga matagal pa yun. Kaya I have to get in and finish muna PDAS. So anyway, I was quite encouraged by Arch. Ventura who's cheering me on, and when I graduate daw, he'll help me find a good position in Shanghai and even come to my graduation.=) Someone believes in me. I was in his design class kase before and I guess he said he saw very good potential daw.So when you come here, do give me a call.Share mo muna yung success mo. I would really like to know what you're up to and what you've done so far.Hopefully in September, I would have started my classes. So, looking forward to it. When are you coming here?
