hahaha... sakto... eh kasi the client insisted on something mediterranean... wala naman kami magawa kasi its really a commercial/retail project... not much room for high-design... pinag-igihan nalang namin sa planning and marketability... hahahaha ... very perceptive of you jm... sabagay obvious naman... this is what happens when you have a demanding client, bills to pay... and only 2 days to work on it...hehehehe
But then, we aren't making any excuses, but we felt that its what the client wanted, we're just trying to get our feet on the doorstep, that way, we could eventually change things.

coincidentally i live near this area..i saw the posters and all but it hasnt been started yet....it's quite a great addition to the neighborhood though!!!
